We started with our first Magento store in 2009 and regularly the website would go down from time to time, as it had exceeded the RAM. We switched to another expensive provider and whilst the website was no longer going down, it was definitely slow. Customers regularly remarked on the slowness of the site. Running out of patience we decided to give DX3Webs a go on a test server, finally on a test site we could see the improvement with the website being fast and rapid to use. AUX Speakers are an up-and-coming luxury speaker manufacturer based in Milan, Italy. On DX3 they are running three (3) separate stores from a single Magento installation.
At our previous host we constantly and consistently encountered roadblocks and even more discouragingly, very few solutions to the problem. Thomas Dudley run a total of four Websites using Magento’s multi site capabilities allowing them to run various shop front and brands from a single back end. In addition to assisting in the setup of their sites we also gave help with their ERP system integration (Vantage 8 / Epicor 9)
We are a SME and we wanted to start selling our range of high quality, innovative plumbing product online to both retail and trade customers. To achieve this we needed a Magento provider that had good service and was flexible technological wise to assist us in integrating Magento into our ERP system.
The service and levels of technical assistance have been great. Dx3webs installed specific modules into their server to allow us to use Magento’s web services. In turn, we were able to integrate Magento transparently into our ERP system and now have a very efficient online ecommerce presence.
Dx3webs also gave us a few handy SEO tips on our theme, which they did not produce, free of change and a simple SEO document directly relating to the setup of Magento itself.
All in all we are happy with the service and the hosting we receive and I would recommend for use by others.

Starmaker are a Reading based Youth Theatre group and were one of our 1st clients when we 1st set up shop way back in 2001. They have progressed from a simple static site through various content management systems and now use WordPress. Wordpress is a simple to use CMS which allows the people on the ground to maintain and manage their own site. They recently approached us looking to revitalise their site and to expand their online presence with the introduction of a Box Office to help them sell and manage the sales of their tickets. For this we installed the excellent Magento store which will grow with their needs.
We worked closely with their marketing / PR team and tweaked the site till it was exactly what they were after. All elements of the site can be managed by them without any expensive ongoing work by designers or developers.
We also helped Starmaker setup and manage a mailing list / newsletter service which is vital for reaching out to their community of supporters and young performers.
Starmaker has been using Dx3webs to design and implement our website’s from the very start, this being our fourth.
Each one has been more advanced than the previous and our current site has allowed us to be more proactive and is currently getting over 20000 hits each year. Our target of 100,000 hits will be easier to achieve with the different tools that Andy has incorporated.
We considered other designers, but Dx3webs are very proactive and takes their time to understand exactly what we need and on each occasion has delivered, especially with our latest site.

We were contacted by Dr Wheeler who was looking into creating a website for his medical practice. Initially he was looking at creating the site by hand using a web creation tool. After discussing his needs we suggested that a content management system would be ideal and in the long run would save significant time and allow him to devolve the management of different sections. We took care of the domain registration and installed WordPress which is a very user friendly CMS. Dr Wheeler was quite happy to manage the site from there.
As part of our managed service any problems or issues encountered were quickly resolved.
I have been very impressed by the service and level of expertise offered by Dx3web. The initial setup of a WordPress enabled site was taken care of entirely by them – my only input being my domain name request!
Subsequently I was given lots of helpful advice relating to my first attempts at site building. This ranged from organising my permalinks, to helping set up site backups, to tailored help with particular CSS / HTML queries that I had.

C&L Floral Designs
C&L Floral Designs manufacture custom made silk wedding flowers and have a catalog of about 3000 items. Initially when we 1st met them we listened to what they required and installed an e-commerce package based on OScommerce and a blogging platform. As they have grown and the market changed we have migrated them over to the fabulous Magento e-commerce suite. (see our Magento page for details).
Dx3webs take complete care of all our website needs all year around. We simply explained what we wanted and they gave us various options. We recently transfered to a new Magento e-commerce package which offers us amazing features, looks great and performs very well. We also occupy some 1st page results in Google for some good key words.
