Thanks for pointing this out.. I have now replaced the code and the escaping problems should be fixed..

I have also corrected a few missing ‘class’ calls

If you copy and paste from this page, make sure you replace all the slanted ” and ’ with ” and ‘. Caused some problems for a bit.
